Happy New Year's Eve!

I'm spending my New Year's Eve with ice packs on both sides of my face and watching Lord of the Rings with the Hubs.
I hope everyone is having a safe and fun New Years Eve and is ready for a wonderful 2012!!!!  It's going to be fantastic, I can just feel it!

If It's Not One Thing, It's Another...

Well, several weeks ago I had hernia surgery and I was so glad when that was over.  Today I had my wisdom teeth out.  I wasn't expecting to have them out, but I went into the dentist with some pain and they basically said get them out or one of them is going to crumble in your head.  Yeah, not a pretty picture.  I was able to get an appointment with a surgeon and got them removed today.  My recovery has been okay so far.  Lot's of pain on my right side, but the left side is doing pretty well.
Maybe this is a great way to start the new year off right, because it's kind of a forced diet : )
Oh, and apologies to my sister.  As I was going under I may have asked the nurse if my surgeon was single because I wanted my sister meet him.  I was only looking out for her best interests (he's a hottie).
